49% of America Disagrees

Oh my god. First he refused to admit any misjudgment or mistakes, from the complete and utter lack of WMD's that was so heavily used as the reason for going to war, the complete lack of connection to alQuieda which was the other reason for going to war, to the lack of supplying the troops adequately and being completely blind to the idea there would be any trouble after "Mission Accomplished."
Now he absolves himself and Rumsfeld of any responsibility by saying his supposed "mandate" from the public makes him unaccountable.

Can he possibly be so blind and arrogant and self-absorbed to forget that his first "mandate" was provided by only 50% of America and a Republican Supreme Court, and this time he barely got only 1% more of the vote?

Even ignoring that 49% of America feels he's done a poor job and shouldn't even be running the country at all, being re-elected does not absolve him of the mistakes he made any more than it absolved Clinton of perjury or Nixon of conspiracy.

He is fully responsible and should be held accountable, and it shouldn't surprise me that the weasel is doing everything possible to weasel out of being accountable for his decisions. His entire life has been full of avoiding his mistakes and responsibility. From his drug use, DUI's, poor school performance, poor National Guard performance, horrible corporate performance.

He's a man with no moral fiber, no integrity, and has fallen assbackwards from being an inept failure of a shadow of a (arguably) great(er) man to being the leader of the free world.

We're so freakin doomed.

I'm testing a new blog engine. My old one:

Is run on Moveable Type. A great, robust, highly configurable engine, but prone to spam like you wouldn't believe.

MT-Blacklist is an anti-spam add-on that used to work 99.9% and was a dream...but either because of human error or simply because of problems with various MT and MT-Blacklist upgrades over time, it's just not working like it used to. So, I'm flooded with spam and blogging (among various reasons) just wasn't useful or fun anymore.

So, based on a suggestion from a friend, I'm trying Blogger out.
We'll see....
